What to tell us
Send us the cities you need to reach, your dates and preferred departure times, and the number of people traveling. If the trip moves on from China to other parts of Asia, include those legs as well, so the whole itinerary can be quoted together. Let us know how much luggage is coming, and mention sample cases, presentation equipment or anything heavy, so your advisor can choose an aircraft with room for it. If you have never chartered a private jet before, tell your advisor, who will explain what happens between the quote and the day you fly.
Which city and airport
Beijing and Shanghai each have two international airports. In Beijing they are Beijing Capital International Airport (ZBAA/PEK) and Beijing Daxing International Airport (ZBAD/PKX). In Shanghai they are Shanghai Pudong International Airport (ZSPD/PVG) and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (ZSSS/SHA). We also arrange flights to Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and the other major cities. Which airport you use depends on the aircraft, your arrival time and the part of the city you are heading to, and your advisor will compare the options for you.
What happens next
Your advisor returns with the aircraft options that suit the trip and names the certified operator behind each one, before you commit to anything. Under DOT Part 295, when we book a flight as your agent rather than as the operator, we put it in writing. After that, you keep the same advisor until the trip is over, so any change goes through one person who already knows the details. Holiday periods book up first, so call as soon as your dates are firm.
